What to Expect
Weekly 1:1 Mentorship Sessions
Students meet virtually with their mentor once a week to receive tailored guidance, feedback, and support aligned with their personal and professional goals.Personalized Matching
Each mentorship pairing is thoughtfully matched based on interests, career aspirations, and experience level to ensure a meaningful and relevant connection.Structured Weekly Assignments
To support growth and momentum, students will complete weekly assignments designed to reinforce learning, encourage reflection, and build practical skills.Ongoing Check-ins & Support
Students will complete brief check-in forms throughout the program to track progress, set intentions, and ensure the mentorship experience remains focused and impactful.
Mentorship Matching Process
1. Complete the Mentorship Matching Form
Students and mentors begin by filling out a short form sharing their background, interests, goals, and areas of focus within the fashion industry.
2. Thoughtful Matching
Our team carefully reviews each submission to match students with mentors based on aligned interests, career paths, skills, and availability.
3. Match Confirmation
Once matches are finalized, both students and mentors will receive an introduction email with next steps and guidance on how to begin.
4. Begin Your Mentorship
Pairs will meet weekly from September through October for virtual 1:1 sessions, supported by structured assignments and regular check-ins.
